You asked us to improve communication – we introduced a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, for improved customer information and call logging among other services. We also introduced this quarterly e-newsletter to keep you updated with our activities.
You asked us to update the website and provide better access to product information – we launched our new website www.landisgyr.com/za.
You asked us for more regular representative and sales visits – we restructured our sales department and hired new sales staff for South African and African markets.
You asked us to improve after sales service – we are in the process of restructuring our customer services department to ensure improved after sales service.
